Fantastic place to stay. Lovely arranged Bunkhouse and garden. It was a great pleasure to watch the sunset and the Milky way.

We stayed at the Rancho Rincon in July with our two children. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved its close proximity to JTNP, which was an amazing place to visit! We also met Carrie, she was very friendly and personable, I wished I could have had more of a chat with her! We would definitely recommend staying at the Rancho Rincon and hope we can come back again some day.

We absolutely loved staying at the gorgeous B&B. We only wish we had have had more time there. Bedroom and bathroom super clean & comfortable. The garden was an oasis with such amazing plant and wildlife in the middle of what seemed like nowhere! The breakfast was superb and served in the garden area. We will always keep this place in mind for future trips to Joshua tree or an overnight between driving from LA to Vegas. Only one negative. No facilities to cook your own dinners you want to cook yourselves. However would still stay here again because of how fantastic our stay was!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Desert Lily. Carrie is a gracious host and very knowledgeable about the area. The house & grounds are beautifully decorated in a southwestern style. The breakfasts were creative & delicious. The B & B is convenient to both the park & town. We highly recommend the Desert Lily.

We stayed at The Desert Lilly for 3 nights last week to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.
The inn is beautiful…perfectly landscaped for a desert setting…beautiful colors in every room.  The breakfasts were delicious and healthy…from our breakfast quesadilla to the baked oatmeal to the crab quiche.  Carrie is a warm and gracious innkeeper, who tells a good story.  She even arranged for us to have a full moon over the desert during our stay.

We stayed over Easter weekend and truly enjoyed the place and especially, Carrie.  The place is immaculate and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful.  It was relaxing to hang out in the hammock and enjoy the beautiful view.  Carrie has goodies and helpful items throughout the place to make the stay more comfortable.  There was a backpack in our room to borrow, guide books for Joshua Tree, and a blanket and flashlight to use at night.  Carrie was very welcoming and accommodating and I really enjoyed conversations with her.  She is an interesting person and made our stay unforgettable.  We will definitely return.
Thank you Carrie.

Our stay at the Desert Lily was surreal - gorgeous architectural property with comfortable rooms, wonderful hospitality and extreme silence. Such a peaceful place and yet so close to the park and funky town on 29 Palms Highway. We look forward to returning!

My wife, Colleen, and I spent the most amazing weekend at the Desert Lily. Carrie was a generous host. She has a lovely place and makes a wonderful breakfast. We owned a home in Joshua Tree year ago and we have stayed at other places but the best place of all is the Desert Lily. We love this place.

We had a very special stay at the Desert Lily.  The setting is lovely, Carrie was super-helpful, and the Inn itself, with its great living room and beautiful patio, is beautiful and very artistically decorated.  The best thing of all is the breakfast—the food was delicious and also artistically presented, the company was great, and the setting—sitting outside on the patio in the desert with a view of the mountains—was exceptional.  The only thing that prevented us from lingering at breakfast for hours was Joshua Tree National Park itself, which is just a few minutes from the Inna and is remarkable place.  We had such a wonderful time!

I've spent a fair amount of time in and around Joshua Tree National Park in the last 20 years.  The surrounding area has seen a lot of sprawl growth and it's increasingly difficult to find a quiet, natural place to stay.  Desert Lily was a real find.  Very comfortable, pleasant, and welcoming.  Carrie has a unique touch - warm and friendly without being the least bit obtrusive.  I couldn't recommend Desert Lily more highly.

Wonderful stay at the Desert Lily.  Charming surroundings with a lovely cactus garden, great breakfast and an exceptional hostess.  All added to the desert magic of Joshua Tree.  Thanks Carrie.
