The Sunrise Suite is a private two-bedroom space in a shared home on five acres, with your own hot tub and access to a pool, firepit, and shared kitchen. Designed for travelers who appreciate quiet beauty, simple comforts, and the timeless calm of the high desert.

Just 8 minutes from the park gate and also just 8 minutes to downtown JT with shops, coffee and restaurants.

Set on five sun-drenched acres in north Joshua Tree, The Desert Lily is a relaxed and character-filled retreat surrounded by open desert and endless views. The Sunrise Suite offers a private living area, two bedrooms upstairs, and your own hot tub—plus access to shared outdoor spaces and the home’s main common areas.

Both bedrooms have queen beds with cozy linens and natural light. The primary bathroom is attached to one bedroom, and there’s an additional shared living area with a TV and comfortable sofa.

Enjoy use of the shared kitchen, outdoor dining areas, firepit, and pool. Lounge in a hammock, watch the sunrise over the desert, or unwind in your private hot tub under the stars.

Guests have a private entrance inside the main house, living room, and outdoor hot tub, plus shared use of the kitchen, pool, patio, and firepit areas.

Free parking and EV charging are available on the property.

You private hot tub is included with your booking. If you are interested in heating the pool or the spa at the pool there would be an additional fee. Please reach out for more info before booking.

Pets are not permitted.

Quiet hours: 9 PM to 8 AM.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee, as propane is very costly in the desert. Please inquire before booking if you’d like the pool heated.

Note: Heating cannot be guaranteed, and we’re unable to offer discounts if the heater isn’t working during your stay.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Smoking only permitted outdoors.

Please respect the shared spaces and leave them as you found them.

Wildlife

The desert is peaceful but alive with nature, you may see rabbits, roadrunners, lizards, coyote or other desert creatures nearby. Keep doors closed and food sealed, and you’ll find it’s all part of the desert’s charm.
